There are many Iraq and Afghanistan (as well as other conflicts) combat veterans who have endured arduous conditions for months on end to preserve and ensure our freedoms! It is a known fact that fishing relieves stress and has therapeutic effects for those suffering from PTSD. I have personally experienced some of my greatest angling experiences by sharing my passion for fishing with "Wounded Warriors" from all our nations conflicts! This is a opportunity of a life time! Its a chance for all to give back to those whom sacrifice daily for all of us.

We have a non profit organization Hero on the Bay, which does special events for the wounded combat veterans that I am very proud to be a part of with some very special and close friends. Wayne is constantly pair combat veterans up with other saltwater boat captains. Many enjoy the comforts of fishing from the bigger saltwater boats especially if they are restricted by wheelchair use. Still we have plenty that love freshwater fishing. I highly encourage you to take part in giving back if you have room on your boat the next time you go fishing.
